Products shown as "Call for price" are quoted on request. Product photos are for illustration and the item supplied may vary slightly in appearance. We may cancel or refuse an order if a product is out of stock or a listing contains an obvious error, and will refund any amount already paid.

3. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed only after we accept it. Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay). You can also pay by other methods agreed with us, such as UPI or bank transfer. Applicable GST is charged as required and shown on your invoice.

4. Delivery and installation

We deliver and install within Kalaburagi (Gulbarga) and nearby areas as agreed at the time of order. Delivery and installation timelines are estimates, and installation charges, if any, will be confirmed before you pay.

5. Warranty and returns

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable, and we help you with the claim. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, power-surge damage or unauthorised repair. For returns, replacements or defects on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible and keep your invoice and original packaging; we will handle each case according to the manufacturer's policy and the law.

6. Repairs and services

Repair and service work is done on a best-effort basis. We will tell you the estimate before starting. Please back up your data before handing over any device; we are not responsible for data loss.

7. Reviews and user content

By submitting a review or photo you confirm it is genuine and yours to share, and allow us to display it on this website. We may remove content that is false, abusive, unlawful or unrelated to our products and services.
